Jeremy Hipes
Founder and CEO
Jeremy Hipes is the Founder and CEO of Stables Systems, Ltd, as well as Ignite Performing Arts Center. Growing up on a quarter horse farm and having a daughter involved in hunter/jumper competitions, he has always been connected to the equestrian world. He also has experience in successfully managing a martial arts school that includes a gymnastics program and a competitive cheerleading team. With his expertise in running a performing arts business, Jeremy has witnessed how technology has transformed the industry, providing time-saving advantages. He has collaborated with a variety of stable owners and leading technology companies to develop an equine management system designed to assist stable managers and trainers. This system streamlines processes, from scheduling to barn tasks, and includes built-in cancellation policies and more, helping to save both time and energy.
James Sullivan
CIO
With 30 years of IT and operations experience, I’ve spent my career improving processes, leading customer-focused initiatives, and driving digital transformation in the insurance industry. I’m now bringing that same passion for organization, efficiency, and service into the equine world, focusing on delivering reliable, thoughtful solutions for horse owners and facilities. James has been married for 36 years and is a proud father of two daughters and grandfather to five energetic grandsons.
Melissa Hipes
Director of Marketing
Horses have always been a part of Melissa’s story. Growing up around them, she saw how they could change lives, build confidence, and bring people together. For 15 years, she’s been the heart of her family’s home and the driving force behind their karate dojo—an experience that taught her the power of organization, balance, and good management tools.
Now, as part of the Stable Systems team, Melissa channels that same passion into helping clients master their software, simplify their operations, and create more space for what truly matters: people, purpose, and family.
Graden Kirksey
Head of Software Development
Graden has been in software development for over 20 years, leading teams both here in the United States and abroad for a variety of clients. He loves to golf and spend time with his wife of 20 years and two teenage children. Additionally, he pastors a church in his hometown.
Kaitlyn McGarvey
Development and Training
Kaitlyn McGarvey has spent her life around horses and is dedicated to sharing her passion with others. Over the years she’s worn just about every hat in the horse world—groom, working student, trainer, instructor, and eventually the owner of her own boarding, training, and lesson business.
With a background in eventing and dressage, Kaitlyn focuses on helping horse and rider develop a confident, connected and partnership.
Outside the barn, Kaitlyn enjoys the outdoors—usually on her dirt bike or hitting the trails with her Australian Shepherd.
Paul Hallimond
Technical And Management
Paul, a native of Lincolnshire, England, brings a wealth of experience from his corporate career. He held key technical and management roles at firms including BAE Systems, Frito Lay, and most recently as a Cloud Solutions Architect in Dallas at Texas Instruments.
Outside of his professional life, Paul is an avid enthusiast of travel, hiking, and swimming.
